Pets are allowed. $300 non-refundable pet fee (1 pet) or $500 non-refundable pet fee (2 pets) and Monthly pet rent of $40.00 per pet. Prohibited Breeds: German Shepard, Akita, Chow Terriers or Chow Breed mixes, American, Bull Staff or Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman/Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, Pit Bull Terriers, Presa Canario and any variety of Canary Dog, and any mixed breed with 50% of a type noted above.
